LaSalle has used portable ice fishing tents (low cost <$300) for industrial safety applications; we normally use them as cool-down huts with a spot cooler. You may be able to use these tents,with a HEPA, to work on small valves or other contaminated components. You'll also need to consider the fire load rating with whatever you use.
