Hi Dave. Anticipated alarms at not recorded in CAP. At FENOC they are recorded in our electronic logbook (eSoms), HIS-20 log, briefing form and ALARA plan, if applicable.

Yes, Does your site use another tracking system (besides CAP) for tracking all dose and dose rate alarms? Yes, Proceduralized investigation form is completed for all alarms.
