The majority of North Anna's containment entries at power are due to an
increase in containment sump in-leakage. The entries are required to attempt
to locate the source of in-leakage and determine repair scope.

Subject: Powernet: Reason for Containment Entries at Power

For those (PWRs) who make containment entries at power, for what reason are you
doing so (e.g., RCP oil topoff, troubleshoot key monitors, emergent inspection,
etc.)?

Thanks very much in advance,

Roger
