Fermi, mostly as Watts Bar reply, long weapons are hand frisked or placed in large area prop. counter, there is some damage to PCM detectors but damage directly attributed to security folks is no more than from other PCM users (overall damage rate is low)

Sent by: [email protected] Watts Bar replies: Does your site have an any special specific instruction for your security force members on exiting the RCA and processing through PCM’s or Portal Monitors? Same rules apply for security as does a worker; however security equipment is exempt provided the officer did not enter a contaminated area. Do you have any problems with the full outfitted security force members damaging PCM detectors. No problem with officer and equipment going through PCM – INPO guidelines allow this.
