North Anna's reply:

We try to use remote monitoring on all body locations specified by the
multipack. Occasionally we will not place telemetric dosimetry on the wrist if
it will significantly impact the worker's mobility.

Dose rate alarms are set in accordance with the RWP and/or at 1.5 times the
general area.

Dose alarms are set in accordance with the RWP or the worker's remaining
exposure (whichever is least).

Subject: Powernet: Multipacks

Duke Energy would like to know the following:

When a worker is given a multipack, under what conditions do you use remote
monitoring (special to multipacks)? Do you place telemetry on the worker in a
specific manner (all locations, default to chest only, highest expected WB
only)? What dose alarm and dose rate alarm setpoints do you use (RWP default,
max out and use telemetry, other)?

Thanks!
