SONGS does have an HP/Chemistry electronic sampling processing.
HP
All samples (air samples, 10CFR61, free release liquids & solids, MARSSIM) are generated in the in house HP data base application Integrated Health Physics System (IHPS) . Special labels are printed and then sent to the chemistry counting lab. The samples are counted by Chemistry and the results sent back to the IHPS data base. All the HP review and approvals are then completed in the IHPS application.
Chemistry
All the chemistry sample counting results are sent from the count room to their Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS) system for review and approval.

Does your site have an electronic process for handling the processing of Lab Samples (Air, Water, Oil, Etc.)  through the various stages? (Logging, Data Collection, Recounts, Datasheet Completion, Reporting, Storage and Retrieval)

Is it a in-house or vendor supplied system?

May we contact you for details?
