Columbia Generating Station has 3 HP Technicians on shift, 2 ERO and 1 Fire Brigade. An additional 6 HP Technicians are required to fill ERO positions when an Alert level or higher emergency is declared. All ERO personnel have 1 hour to report to their assigned emergency center.
