Catawba doesn't use hardhat covers. Will your RWP dress requirements always require double gloves? If double gloves are used, it would seen prudent to remove outer most shoe covers, outer most gloves and then the hardhat. Removing the cover from the hard hat once the hard hat is off your head and away from your face.
