Fort Calhoun would like to know the following about extremity dose monitoring -

What criteria do you use to determine when extremity dose will be monitored?

How do you monitor and determine the extremity dose to the hand?

How do you monitor and determine the extremity dose to the foot?

How do you prevent exceeding an admin limit or federal limit for extremity dose?

If you use EADs for extremity monitoring, do you use the dose and doserate
alarm features, and how do you determine the setpoints to use?

Thanks,
Dohn
