At STP our seal table is in a room and controlled as a LHRA. We control the in-core manipulations with a danger tag (owned by HP) on the power supply to the cabinet in the control room.
When we do flux mapping we control the entire RCB as a LHRA due to the dose rates outside the room. Normally our RCB is posted as a Radiation Area with all the LHRA/HRA independently controlled. Is a clearance routinely taken out on your Incore System at the beginning of a refueling outage? Do you normally keep your seal table room locked during refuel outages?
