All,

SONGS U2 recently shutdown for a refueling outage (1st refueling outage post SGRP) and has experienced a much larger than nomal crudburst than expected (8.1 uci/ml Co-58 vs. 2-3 uci/ml Co-58) and is approaching our RCS drain down window. With this elevated source term we are looking to increase our vigilance in engineering controls.

Is there anyone who has experienced this same phenomenon and has effectively implemented the use of containment devices/enclosures (e.g. glove bags, boxes, tents, etc.) and other engineering controls for Primary SG work, valve maintenance, etc. and would be willing to share how they implemented these controls, including suppliers.

Any and all information is welcome!
