Dominion does document and count contamination on an electronic dosimeter as a 
PCE.

"DOCUMENT PCEs when licensed radioactive material is > 100 corrected counts per 
minute (ccpm) as measured by a standard
pancake GM probe, within one-half inch from the surface of:
* An individual's skin, hair, clothing
* Items such as glasses, lanyards, security badges, dosimetry, hard hats and 
modesty garments that are worn by an individual in the PCM
or PM"
