I'm interested in finding out if anyone
has a specific procedure or guideline for contamination controls - not
RCA tool controls or RCA boundary requirements but guidance for limits
on CAs, actions to take when contamination levels exceed set criteria,
specific actions for certain activities like grinding, survey types and
frequency for clean RCA areas and boundaries around SOPs, etc. If
anybody has something that they rely on for successful (and aggressive)
contamination control, and you don't mind sharing, please let me know.
Thanks, Eric
