Based on Monticello's response, the amended Duke response is that we use area 
TLDs to verify that personnel TLDs are not required for non-badged individuals 
in the PA.

Duke Energy provides dosimetry only to those needing access to radiological 
areas. Everyone gets Plant Access Training (PAT) that need protected area 
access plus Radworker Training (RWT) for those needing RCA access.
