Do you document high rad briefings on a written record? Yes

Do you have a worker sign that they have been briefed for a High Radiation 
area? Yes

If you do document the briefing, how long do you retain the record?. They are 
retained by Document Control as Plant Records.

Do you document high rad briefings on a written record?

Do you have a worker sign that they have been briefed for a High Radiation area?

If you do document the briefing, how long do you retain the record?.

Browns Ferry currently records the briefing by having the individual sign a 
briefing sheet acknowledging they were briefed on a High radiation area RWP.  
The record of that briefing has a lifetime retention.  This is in addition to 
keying the briefing into out access control system (HIS-20) so the individual 
can log into the RWP
