Powernet: Scope Change Request (ALARA Impacts?)

Seeking input regarding Scope Change Request (SCR) -  

When your SCR committee approves work to be performed (outage or online) that has dose associated with the work, do you also require the dose to get a second approval by your ALARA committee or does the initial SRC committee approval mean that the dose is also approved and no second approval is required by the ALARA committee?
