Eric, Yes, Cook Unit 1 went through a 15 month shutdown prior to restart in December 2009 due to a catastrophic turbine blade failure.
The Unit 1 low pressurve turbines were completely rebuilt from the foundation up. I will send you our restart source term analysis and results.
