Powernet: Posting "Hot Spots" In Containment?

Our RP Department at SONGS would like input from other utilities to assist us in completing a revision to our Posting Procedure regarding Hot Spots:

1) Do you post Hot Spots in containment?

If so,

2) Is the posting criteria different from other buildings?
