Ginna has performed a neutron spectrum re-assessment since our up-rate.
However, the reason for doing so was more due to changing dosimetry vendors at
about the same time than specifically because of the up-rate. We felt we needed
a better/more detailed understanding of the spectrum to ensure proper
monitoring. Prior to the assessment, the neutron spectrum information we had
was somewhat general/generic and several decades old.

Subject: Powernet: Quick Neutron Spectrum Re-Assessment Question

Millstone Power Station has a quick question regarding neutron spectrum
re-assessments.

1) Has your station conducted a full neutron spectrum re-assessment as a
result of any power up rates?

2) And a brief explanation on your decision.

Thank you in advance for your responses!
