What set point is used for the tool monitor / SAM?

Are surveys performed by RP Technicians or tool room craft?

 

Tool room attendants.  When they alarm they are segregated an RP
surveys.  The craft returns tools to a bin.  Bags Contaminated tools go
to small tool decon and are not brought to their bin or unbagged by the
tool room attendant if any show up.

 

 

IF RP Technicians...

Is this task routinely assigned or by request?

 

We have a daily routine survey where RP technicians will survey the
rejected tools of the tool room SAM

 

 

Are unsurveyed tools ever available for craft use or segregated until
surveyed?
