Columbia - Same here Tom. All surveys and paperwork containing a Document 
Identification Code (DIC) is reviewed, signed and sent to records. This is 
governed by our Plant Procedure Manuals for records retention and Health 
Physics Instructions, Standards and Expectations. As mentioned previously the 
only guiding document I know of is INPO 05-008  Guidelines for Radiological 
Protection at Nuclear Power Stations
