GREETINGS.

Callaway would like to benchmark how many people have a requirement to survey
incoming radioactive material that is controlled by a vendor license. For
example, a Troxler density gauge for testing dirt compaction is typically
brought on site by a vendor who is the licensed owner of the instrument. A
recent OE document from a mid-southern utility revealed a gauge brought in by
the vendor had a stuck open shutter due to dirt fouling. The radiation dose
rates on the gauge were approximately 20 times expected. How many folks have
a requirement to survey a vendors gauge when brought on site?
