1)    Does your site allow workers to use their personal hard hats in 
contaminated areas? YES


2)    Use a specific contaminated area hard hat? NO


3)    If using worker personal hard hat is a hard hat cover used? Yes provided 
by Uni-Tech



4)    No safety head protection, just normal radiological protective clothing 
hood or skull cap for contaminated area work? Very limited, mainly for FME 
concerns around the Spent Fuel Pool and on the refuel bridge as long as no 
overhead or bump hazards exist and here we are moving toward chin straps and 
FME clips.
