Do you use locking devices or seals to prevent inadvertent access to electrical cords on vacuums? 2. Does the procedure cover the use of locking device? 3. Industry guidance recommends annual filter integrity testing or testing following opening the vacuum is this performed? Is this conducted on a yearly basis or each time a vacuum is changed out? 4. Is it sufficient enough to consider the purchase of DOP tested hepa filters with certificate of conformance as testing to meet INPO guidelines? If so how was that handled by a white paper? 5. Vendor or manufacture to purchase testing unit to meet standards? 6. Can I receive a copy of the procedure that governs vacuum control program and testing of units?
