Pad lock and key with hasp or drilled hole in flange area for installation.  Then a chain and pad lock for multiple vacuums to prevent inadvertent vacuum inventory removal.

Fort Calhoun Station is interested in how you control inadvertent opening of Hepa vacuums?
 
What type of tamper seal do you use? (i.e.  Wire crimp, strap and lock, lock?) And how is it installed?
