Millstone Power Station allows newly hired technicians to work under qualifications as a Station Radiation Protection Technician (job coverage) based on prior qualifications if approved by the Training Review Board until the qualification manuals are completed. An individualized training plan is created with milestones and schedules. Individual task qualifications such as count room operations are tracked individually on our matrix.
