GREETINGS! Dewey at Callaway has a question for Sentinel Automated Access Control users. We are using Mirion DMC-2000S electronic dosimeters with Sentinel 1.11.02 that we have recently launched. We are having an issue, sometimes the system will drop the access transaction after "beep check", leaving the dosimeter in an alarming condition. The person is not signed into the RCA, and is standing there at the kiosk with a dosimeter alarming.
For Sentinel Users: 1. Do you use the "speaker test" (Enable Beep Check under Reader Configuration) upon sign in? 2. For those that do use the "speaker test" function, Have you had experiences with dropped transactions upon sign in leaving the worker with an alarming dosimeter? 3.
