>From Callaway
Callaway has the same four levels as TVA, named the same, and presumably has
the same expectations for use. Callaway does have Multiple Use procedures
(actually "written instructions", as some are not "procedures"). To my
knowledge, there has been no movement toward eliminating "multiple use". This
is a valuable tool (IMHO).

Subject: Powernet: Procedures Level of Use

Currently TVA has four level of Use for TVA procedures. They are

Continuous Use
Reference Use
Information Use
Multiple Use

Multiple use is a procedure that contains a different level of use for
different sections. The Procedure Professionals Association (PPA) does not
address Multiple Use procedures although INPO does. During discussions on the
procedure upgrade projects going on within TVA some feel that Multiple Use
procedures could be an error trap and want to eliminate that level of use.

A few questions I have are:

* Does your station use Multiple use procedures

* If you do not use them, did you at one time and moving away from them
