LaSalle has struggled in the past with RP scheduling in terms of supporting the scheduled work. We have decided to undertake a benchmarking to see if we are in alignment with other non-Exelon sites.
If you a couple minutes could you review and answer the following questions: 1) How do you schedule RP resources? 2) How do you accurately identify RP support required? 3) Describe the interface RP provides during the scheduling meetings. 4) How do you handle scheduling when RP resources are not adequate to meet the schedule?
