Call away uses a home grown Microsoft access database. I looked at the RSCS product, their source inventory is a section of a software suite of sorts that would be suitable for a small lab.
Sentinel does have a source tracking application. To my knowledge, there are zero users. WMG markets a Source Track program. There are a couple of users. Up side. It ports to Radman. Down side. They are quite proud of it.
