1.                   What types of shielding materials and fasteners does your 
site being used for Bioshield doors?  Did your site implement any upgrades 
recently?


2.                   System flushes:

a.       What works best at your site - forward vs. backwards?

b.      What systems are typically fushed (RHR, Core Spray, Feedwater, Hot 
Spots)?

c.       Are system flushes built into the schedule and what process drives it 
to completion (scheduled activities, manual activities)?

d.      What dose rate reductions are achieved?


3.                   Who performs nozzle hydrolasing at your site (In-house vs. 
Contractor such as GE Hitachi, Westinghouse, etc.)?  Is hydrolasing performed 
using station procedure or contractor procedure and what pressure is specified. 
 What dose rate reductions are achieved?


4.                   What percentage of MSRV's are changed out per outage?  
What is the stations snubber population and frequency for 100% visual 
inspections?  What is the nozzle ISI frequency and types of inspections 
(automated vs. manual)?
