HNP is in process of leaning outage related RP briefings for critical path activities off of critical path time periods.
Feedback and thoughts to support briefing personnel in order to refrain from conducting RP briefings during critical path time frames is appreciated. For example: Are ALARA plan briefings scheduled prior to the outage? Are Project Leads responsible for these ALARA plan briefings? Is there a timeframe prior to an outage for conducting these briefings? (for example, within one or two weeks of an outage) Thanks in advance for your response.
