I have used Gamma Products (http://www.gammaproducts.com) because of the ability to count a sample farther from the detector by leaving the top open. This was a requirement for the Emergency Plan RCS sampling. Canberra also provides shields. At one time Ted Lynch of Nuclear Lead also would fabricate to your specification. I do not know if that company exist anymore or not and I do not have a phone number that I can locate now.
