For you REMP/RETS folks, every year the Land Use Census potentially changes the
locations for the highest dose receptor in each sector around the plant (for
non-noble gas airborne releases). We've used a computer code called PARTS that
was published in NUREG-0133 over 30 years ago to determine the dose factors
(the Ri tables for each identified radionuclide for an age-specific given
pathway, both inhalation and food/ground plane at the controlling location in
each sector). The FORTRAN compiled PARTS version we have requires old 32-bit
computers, something not so easy to find anymore and our IT folks said we need
to find some newer software.  Can you experts out there tell me what software
you use for this annual process?
Are GASPAR or NRCDose the newer options?
Thanks, Eric Goldin, CHP<[email protected]> or <[email protected]>

P.S. I'll be at the HPS Mid-year in Norfolk in a few weeks if anyone will be
there to walk me thru the process you use.
