[powernet] Varskin 5 and NRC RAMP

Hi All,

Has anyone gone through the process of obtaining Varskin 5 through the NRC RAMP 
program?  If so, can you provide a contact that I can discuss the process with. 
 It looks like you can still get Varskin 4 from RSICC so that may be the way to 
go.
