Here at Diablo Canyon we are using RADeCO RAD-Pro 10's for lapel sampling.
We have a few questions about alpha lapel sampling and self-absorption:
1. Do you use a self-absorption factor when calculating Activity/MDA on
lapel samples?
2. If so, what is it?
a. With PTFE?
b. With glass fiber?
3. If not, why? (OE, articles, standards, guidance?)
