1.         Do you allow fuel moves without a cattleshoot?

I have seen an option in the Operations Procedure for Fuel moves that allows 
this but I have never seen it done here



2.         Does your Spent Fuel Pool have temporary, permanent, or no racks for 
control rod blades?

No racks for Control Rod blades.
