All, At DCPP, we're making some changes to our confined space program. Your answers to the following questions would be very helpful.
1. Are multiple open permits allowed for multiple work groups in same space? 2. Are permits closed at work group end of shift? 2.a. If not, can they remain open as long as hole is open? 3. Do PRCS entrants, attendants, and supervisors get same level of training? 4. What is the training delivery method (CBT, classroom, OJT, etc.)? 5. What is training frequency? 6. Who performs atmospheric monitoring? Lastly, can you provide contact info for someone I could chat with regarding confined spaces? Your help is much appreciated!
