If our accident range gaseous effluent monitor is inoperable (which for us in located in our standby gas treatment room), we may need a way to monitor the release (other than taking a grab sample or doing field measurements).
Does anyone have an alternative or additional method of estimating an accident releases-such as taking radiation readings on the effluent stack, or providing an additional stack monitor of some kind?
