Hi All,

As some posters have probably noticed there can be quite a lag time in an 
e-mail going out to Powernet.  This is because the e-mail gets held up by the 
list manager.  I think this is probably associated with some of the cyber 
security efforts our various companies are using.  The e-mail address is 
slightly different each time.  There is a bit of a pattern.  It happens with 
ALL postings from folks within Exelon, most Entergy, most Duke, most FPL, and 
some others thrown in for good measure.

There are three of us acting as moderators.  I get the e-mails to both my work 
and personal e-mail accounts and I try to keep up as much as possible.
