We use at BWRs for CRD exchange and do an exemption. Delta suits can be difficult at a PWR for S/G jumping as the workers try to shear the air valve off of the suit as they squeeze in/out of the S/G. A neg pressure respirator with a hood and water resistant jump suit will also work for S/G jumps without all the extra set up.

Catawba Nuclear Station has used an exemption process in the past for hardhat use when utilizing the Murora Delta Suit. Polling the US industry to see if anyone is using a bump cap or hard hat with this unit. Thanks, Edwin (Eddie) M.
