Hello,
I have a challenge to make use of new technologies to reduce the exposure
received during the FOSAR and Sludge Lance activities during my station's
upcoming refueling outage. We are a three loop Westinghouse PWR with access to
secondary hand holes via the RCP cubes (normally posted HRA) and ambient dose
rates in vicinity of the steam generators to be approximately 15-25mr/hr . Our
projection is ~2500mrem for these three generators to be worked but our
methodology is currently "old school" coverage using RMS, cameras, and local
coverage RP technicians. I am seeking feedback from peers that have experienced
some reductions in exposure from the utilities' perspective.

Best Regards,
Erik Simon
