We are polling the industry on fuel movement and what drives continuous RP coverage. At Vogtle we require Continuous RP coverage during any fuel movements and it is only driven by procedure. Considering this is a medium risk Radiological activity we would like to know the following.
During fuel movement in the Spent Fuel Pool or Containment does your site require Continuous RP Coverage? If so, is it a FSAR, tech spec, or procedure requirement?
