Diablo Canyon uses the same thing as Ginna. EK made them for us. Our strap is
just long enough for an ED to be clipped just above the TLD. They integrate
into our site lanyard for keycards, also made by EK.

Ginna also uses non-metal attachments. According to the markings on my lanyard,
they are made by EK Ekcessories (www.ekusa.com<http://www.ekusa.com>)

Subject: [powernet] Metal TLD Clips - Electrical Safety
TVA External Message. Please use caution when opening.
Several weeks ago there was a powernet question regarding the use of metal
clips on tld's with respect to electrical safety. There were not too many
responses. The issue has been raised at FENOC through observations comments
during recent INPO evaluations. In response we have mitigated by placement of
the TLD inside clothing and using an insulating lanyard, when appropriate.
Requesting information regarding stations who have been challenged with the
same issue and how it was resolved.
Thanks in advance
