Palo Verde uses charcoal cartridges for drills and silver zeolite for actual
events.
NUREG-0654 I.9 (page 58) specifies that each organization have the capability
to measure 1.0E-07 uCi/cc of radioiodine including interference from noble gas.
Silver Zeolite is used to minimize interference from noble gas.
