Benchmark questions from South Texas Project For anyone that has transitioned to 0.05 micron letdown filters: Pall Trinity or Areva? When implemented how many filters did it take to reach a change-out frequency similar to your previous filter? What size were you reducing from 0.1um, 0.45um etc? Did you see a reduction in clean area contamination events? Did you see a reduction in general area dose rates? Online? Outage? Did you observe a change in DP across the filter? Other note-worth lesson learned?
