How do you label your installed plant area radiation monitors (ARMs) and sources? We had a question during our last NRC inspection as to how our ARMs with sources installed in them were labeled? We label the actual source with the isotope, activity, reference date, and identify it as RAM. We do not have a specific label for each individual ARM jus the source inside it. I do not know of any requirement for labeling the outside of the ARM with a specific number. Any insight in this area would be appreciated.
