1. Do you count waste oil samples released from the RCA for H-3 and/or C-14? 2. Do you count waste oil released from your plant (non-RCA) for H-3 and/or C-14? 3. If you do analyze waste oil for H-3 and/or C-14, do you perform this analysis on site? 4. If analysis is performed on site, could you share your procedure? 5.
