All, I am conducting an informal benchmark of Hose Control programs and have a few questions.
1. Do you employ a Hose Control Program at your site? 2. If so, is it in a procedure? Owner? 3. If so, is it a corporate procedure or a site specific procedure? I have been at plants that utilize different type hoses for different applications, mark them with purple/magenta tape if contaminated and so forth; I'm curious how other people operate.
