I'm thinking you'd read the C of C and 800 pgs of docs to see what is permitted for a dry fuel cask. We have loaded activated into non-fuel waste containers and store on our fuel pad in the exact same manner, but activated metal waste containers are separate from fuel. Probably need to also revise some SAR docs to reflect the presence of the non-fuel waste containers on the fuel pad and show the dose is less than that of a fuel container.
